To apply for an accessible membership; please complete the membership application form found by clicking here, and selecting your preferred membership tier.

As part of the application process, supporters are required to provide supporting documentation from the list of accepted examples found here.

Supporting documentation should be dated within the last 12 months or state that your award is ongoing or indefinite. If you are a supporter based overseas, please provide the equivalent from your country of residence.

To ensure we can process your PA ticket, please ensure you have two active Chelsea FC ticketing accounts set up; you can create a new account by clicking here. Accounts will need to be created with separate email addresses.

Memberships for the 2026/27 season will activate at the time of purchase and expire on 31 May 2027 at 5pm. You can find more information below on how to access your member benefits.

If your membership includes CFC+, please note that access to CFC+ is coming soon and will be enabled automatically once available.

2026/27 Official Chelsea Membership will renew automatically once 2027/28 Membership is available. You will receive a reminder of your upcoming renewal via email in advance of the renewal date, and you will also be given the opportunity to cancel your membership.

If you wish to change your mailing address or phone number, you can do this by clicking the 'My Profile' button at the top of this website - www.chelseafc.com. If you have updated your details on your profile and are awaiting a Junior Blue Membership pack, you will need to email tickets@chelseafc.com to update your delivery address.

If your membership upgrade has been completed successfully, you will receive a refund for your original membership purchase. This will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 15 working days.

CFC+ is coming soon! It will be the home of premium Chelsea FC video content, bringing fans closer to the club with exclusive access, and must-watch live coverage in one place.

Watch live men’s first team friendlies, selected live Academy matches, selected live training, full-match replays, classic Chelsea matches, original series and boxsets, and much more through a paid annual subscription. A CFC+ subscription is included within the Junior Blue and TrueBlue+ tiers.

CFC+ is coming soon. If your membership includes access to CFC+, there’s nothing you need to do – it will be enabled automatically as soon as it becomes available. We expect to launch CFC+ later this month and will share an update once it’s live.

Ticketing

Benefits relating to ticket access will be available as soon as tickets for our upcoming 2026/27 fixtures are on sale across the season.

Inclusions

Digital matchday programmes will be available from the first game of the Premier League season and will be sent to you via email.

The digital squad poster will be available once the official squad photo has been taken. You will receive details on how to download this via email.

True Blue+ members will automatically gain access to CFC+ once it launches. Access to our new men’s team content subscription service will remain active for the duration of your membership term, expiring on 31 May 2027 at 5pm.

Discounts

Depending on your tier, you will be able to claim your Stadium Tours, Frankie’s and Stamford Bridge hotel discount from when you purchase your membership, for the duration of the membership term.

True Blue+ members will receive a 10% discount to use on merchandise purchases at the Megastore, or on our online store*. This discount will activate once you receive your unique code via email and run for the duration of the membership term.

For tiers eligible for an E-Commerce voucher, you can use your eVoucher towards any purchase* on our online store. Your unique codes will be delivered to you via email.

* Redeemable only on eligible full-priced items. Cannot be used towards postage and packaging costs.

For members outside of the UK, an additional international shipping fee will be charged (Europe: £10, Rest of World: £15).

Points will be awarded for attending competitive men’s first team fixtures, with the number of points gained dependent on opposition/competition. Points will be issued per match and not per ticket purchased.

New for 2026/27, points will be issued to those who enter the stadium on a forwarded ticket, or on a ticket purchased via the ticket exchange.

A bonus of five loyalty points will also be awarded to anyone who purchases a membership before 4pm on Friday 31 July 2026.

Further loyalty point bonuses may be attached to specific matches during the season.

Forwarding Memberships cannot accrue loyalty points.

Yes. Everyone who attends a game at Stamford Bridge will need to hold a current Official Chelsea Membership (excluding season ticket holders) to ensure we know who is in the stadium on matchdays.

Fixtures for the 2026/27 Premier League season were released on Friday 19 June. However, tickets will not immediately go on sale.

Yes, in order to attend matches at Stamford Bridge, you will need to purchase an Official Chelsea Membership. If you only want to attend matches and will be receiving a ticket from another member, you can purchase the Ticket Forwarding Membership. All other tiers include the ability to receive forwarded tickets as standard.

Ticketing Forwarding Membership enables fans who attend matches on an ad-hoc basis to receive tickets from other members or season ticket holders without the need to purchase a full membership.

The Forwarding Membership offers comfort that tickets are legitimate and supports the club to continue our efforts in tackling touting and improving fan safety by ensuring we know who is at Stamford Bridge on matchdays.

True Blue+ and True Blue members will have their own ticket application window (along with Junior Blue members) for all men’s home matches with a higher chance of securing tickets over a CFC Blue member. True Blue+ and True Blue members also receive a range of exclusive perks, including digital matchday programmes, online store eVoucher, and a spot on the season ticket waitlist. True Blue+ members get additional access to exclusive digital events, as well as full access to CFC+ (coming soon), our dedicated content subscription service.

To ensure that CFC Blue members are able to access tickets, some tickets will be ringfenced for the CFC Blue application window. In addition, CFC Blue members will also be able to access the ticket exchange, receive an online store eVoucher and 20% off stadium tours.

To qualify for a Junior Blue Membership, you must be under 16 on 31 July 2026. Please refer to the Men’s Ticketing Policy for information on qualifying ages for concession ticket pricing.

To purchase a Junior Blue Membership, you must be logged in to the eligible junior’s account to complete the transaction.

All members (excluding Ticket Forwarding members) can purchase one ticket based on their Membership subject to availability, and purchase up to three additional tickets for other eligible members, whose details need to be submitted as part of the application process.

There may be instances where the club will enable members to buy additional tickets under their own account, and this will be communicated.

When tickets go on sale for home games, we will enable application for four pools of tickets:

• Accessible Seating:

  True Blue+, True Blue and CFC Blue ambulant and non-ambulant members can apply for accessible seating across the stadium

• Family Stand:

  Those eligible to sit in the East Lower North will have the option to indicate if they would like to be seated here

• Junior Blue/True Blue (including True Blue+)

• Junior Blue/CFC Blue

Season ticket holders do not need to buy a membership as all season ticket holders are entitled to all of the inclusions and discounts that are made available under the True Blue Membership tier, as well as the ability to forward tickets to eligible members.

Season ticket holders will not be able to apply for tickets unless the club has permitted the sale of additional tickets.

All men’s season ticket holders are entitled to all of the inclusions and discounts that are made available under the True Blue Membership tier, as well as the ability to forward tickets to eligible members.

New season tickets for the 2026/27 season will be issued to those at the top of the season ticket waitlist. The purpose of the waitlist is to ensure we consider longer-term loyalty in the allocation of new season tickets, as opposed to single-season attendance. To be eligible for the waitlist you must have either the True Blue+, True Blue or Junior Blue Membership and will need to renew these annually to maintain your position. CFC Blue members do not qualify for the season ticket waitlist benefit.

Your position on the waitlist will be determined by your cumulative number of loyalty points earned over a rolling three-season basis. Supporters will be ordered on the waitlist based on the number of loyalty points they earned in the 2022/23, 2023/24 and 2024/25 seasons. Should any season tickets become available for the 2026/27 season, supporters at the top of the waiting list will be contacted.
